Dr. Robert Di Stefano
Chiropractor
Originally from PA, Dr. Robert Di Stefano graduated from Palmer Chiropractic College with a Doctorate in Chiropractic. With over 30 years’ experience in health care including but not limited to certifications and continuing education in sports injuries, rehabilitation, personal trainer, strength conditioning, a master’s in human nutrition, and a Doctorate in Medicine. Robert is always looking to utilize his knowledge in patient care to take chiropractic to the next level.
Robert strives to research the most current and most advanced chiropractic techniques available to help his patients. He uses his talents to help people of all ages with their aches, pains and even debilitating injuries. Robert’s outstanding reputation and exceptional patient feedback not only speaks of his work but for the effectiveness of chiropractic care.
When not in the office you can find Robert exercising, gardening, or relaxing reading at the beach with his wife and family.

Dr. Rebecca Keeley
Chiropractor Physician
Dr. Becky Keeley joined Middletown Chiropractic in January 2016 after practicing in the Dover area for the previous 8 years. She is a Chiropractic Physician with a primary focus of advanced spinal rehabilitation techniques. She utilizes programs designed to find the cause of painful dysfunction and to correct it.
Dr. Keeley graduated cum laude, with her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University in Marietta, Georgia. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Brigham Young University. She is an active member of the Delaware Chiropractic Society and the Middletown Chamber of Commerce. She and her husband, Dr. Ennis, recently celebrated the birth of their first child, Beau. She is excited to get to know and serve local families and businesses and become more involved with the MOT community.

Dr. Trevor Ennis
Chiropractor Physician/ Owner
Dr. Ennis completed his Fellowship in Medical Acupuncture in 2012. He holds advanced certification in Graston Technique for the treatment of soft-tissue injuries. He is also a Certified Work Capacity Evaluator.
Dr. Ennis was appointed by Governer Markell in 2014 to serve on the Delaware State Board of Chiropractic. He currently serves as President. He is an active member of the Delaware Chiropractic Society and the American Chiropractic Association. He is active in the Dover Chamber of Commerce and local Rotary Club, and is currently actively involved in fundraising for a Can-Do playground for children with disabilities that is slated for construction in the Fall of 2017.
Dr. Ennis has been privileged to serve the people of Smyrna and Newark since 2008. He established Middletown Chiropractic and Rehabilitation in 2013 and expanded into Dover, Delaware in August of 2017.
